At Corpack, innovation drives everything we do. Our in house design team continuously explores new materials, technologies, and packaging concepts that strengthen brand impact and improve the user experience.
We innovate on two fronts: function and sustainability. On the functional side, patented solutions like the Twin Pack combine two products in a single unit for greater convenience and versatility. On the sustainability side, we push the boundaries with materials like cork-rubber composites and biodegradable bioplastics, so beauty brands can offer cutting edge packaging while reducing their environmental footprint.

Our goal was to bring an innovative design concept to life with precision and quality. This involved developing a refill system that seamlessly integrates into the jar—preserving its iconic shape while enhancing functionality.
Innovative Materials
Sughera® / Mixcycling® blends offer a markedly lower environmental impact than conventional petroleum-based plastics by reducing plastic content and incorporating natural by-products. Through our collaboration with manufacturer Livingcap Srl, Corpack is proud to be the first company to introduce Sughera® across a wide range of cosmetic packaging, including skincare.
Sustainable Packaging
We designed and developed an eyeshadow palette made entirely from biodegradable BioD, a bioplastic derived from 100% renewable raw materials also used in paper production. The palette is crafted from a single material, completely free of metal, magnets, or adhesives, ensuring both sustainability and recyclability.
Custom Design
German footwear icon Birkenstock expands into skincare with products inspired by cork oak—the same natural material used in its legendary shoe soles. Corpack developed refillable airless dispensers featuring sustainably sourced cork bases, reinforcing the brand’s heritage while promoting eco-conscious design.

Designed, developed and produced by Corpack, Perphone is a fashion and fragrance accessory, combining the world of smartphones with a fragrance. Perphone® is available as a set with several refillable cartridges.
