Twin Pack FAQ
The MOQ for the Twin Pack is 30.000 sets. One set consists of two bottles and two caps.
The Twin Pack can be filled either automatically or manually, depending on production requirements. Corpack can also coordinate the filling process with trusted partners that operate existing automated filling systems.
Automated Filling with Robot Arm
The pre-assembled Twin Pack bottle is first placed on the first filling line, where the first chamber is filled and sealed with its corresponding cap.
A robot arm then transfers four bottles at a time onto the second filling line, where the second chamber is filled and sealed.
This results in a compact, fully sealed dual-chamber packaging unit ready for distribution.
Manual Transfer
Alternatively, the filled bottles can be manually moved from the first to the second filling line.
There, the second chamber is filled and closed, completing the Twin Pack assembly.
Yes, the Twin Pack bottles are available in 100% PCR.
