What does Corpack specialize in?
Corpack develops and makes cosmetic packaging for skincare, color cosmetics and fragrance brands. Based in Munich since 1995, we offer standard packaging from our own designs and molds as well as fully custom packaging, and manage the process from concept to production and delivery.
Does Corpack offer custom packaging design and mold development?
Yes. Corpack has an in-house design team that develops unique shapes and dispensing systems tailored to your brand. We manage the creation of custom molds for exclusive designs, as well as offering a vast library of standard packaging that can be customized with decoration and finishing.
What sustainable packaging materials does Corpack offer?
Corpack offers Sughera® (a cork-rubber composite), BioD (biodegradable, cellulose-based) and PCR plastics, with the recycled share depending on the product. We also develop refillable systems and mono-material designs that are easier to recycle.
Where is Corpack located and do you serve international brands?
Corpack is headquartered in Munich, Bavaria, and serves clients across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and Australia. We work with a global network of audited manufacturing partners to ensure European quality standards while managing logistics for international delivery.
Does Corpack handle the entire supply chain and logistics?
Yes, Corpack offers turnkey solutions. We manage quality control, assembly, and global logistics, ensuring that packaging is delivered on time and meets all technical specifications. This allows brands to focus on their product while we handle the technical complexities of the packaging supply chain.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most articles start at 10,000 units per variant. Depending on the article, the minimum can be higher or lower, and some stock items are available in smaller quantities. Each color or decoration variant counts as its own production run.
How much lead time should we plan?
For a product launch, plan 5 to 6 months for samples, production and logistics. A new custom mold typically takes 8 to 14 weeks from final design approval, so allow extra time for custom projects.
Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes. We supply samples in the production material, so you can run compatibility and stability tests with your formula before you commit to a production quantity.
