What is mono-material packaging and why does it matter for recycling?

What is the minimum order quantity for standard packaging?

Corpack's standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10,000 units. Some stock items may allow smaller quantities for early stage brands. Contact us to check current availability.

How early should I place orders for a product launch?

For a product launch, place orders 5 to 6 months in advance to allow time for samples, tooling, production, and logistics. Complex designs or new molds may need additional lead time.

Developing a new custom packaging mold typically takes 8 to 14 weeks from final design approval, depending on complexity and cavity count. How much does custom mold tooling cost for cosmetic packaging?

Custom mold tooling costs depend on the complexity of the design, the number of cavities, and the material used, and typically range from a few thousand to several tens of thousands of euros. Simple shapes with single cavity tools cost less, while multi-cavity tools for high volume production or intricate geometries cost more.
