No, and it is worth checking before committing. A refill system only pays back if the durable outer part is genuinely reused, and the refill itself has to be lighter than the pack it replaces. If the outer is heavier plastic or a mixed-material construction, a low reuse rate can leave the system worse than a single mono-material pack. Ask for the reuse assumption behind any refill claim, including ours.

Confirm three things with the filler before the order is placed: the delivery window, the pallet dimensions their line accepts, and the packing format for the components. Changing any of these after production is scheduled usually costs time rather than money.
