Cooling Aluminium Applicator for Lip Gloss

Corpack has added a cooling applicator to its lip gloss range. The A-929 has a twisted aluminium tip that feels cool the moment it touches the skin, so application becomes part of the product experience. It suits lip oils, plumping glosses and eye or lip serums where the cooling effect supports the product story. The applicator is available on two PET bottles: a slim 4.2 ml cylinder and a rounded 3 ml capsule.

How does a cooling applicator work?

Aluminium conducts heat far better than plastic or a flocked tip. When the metal tip meets the skin, it draws warmth away and the user feels a short, distinct cooling sensation. The effect comes from the applicator itself, so no cooling agent is needed in the formula. Whether to add one is up to your formulation team.

Which formulas is it suited for?

Lip oils: the smooth metal tip spreads the oil evenly.
Plumping lip glosses: the cool touch and the plumping effect tell the same story.
Eye serums: a cool tip on the delicate eye area becomes part of the product promise.

Which bottles are available?

The Slim Classic (LG-321-056 w A-929): 4.2 ml, 106.5 x 17 mm. A slim cylinder with a flat cap, clean and timeless, with a generous decoration area.
The Soft Capsule (LG-321-350 w A-929): 3 ml, 95.3 x 19.6 mm. A rounded, pill-shaped body with a domed cap that is compact, tactile and easy to recognise on shelf.

What materials are used?

Both bottles are made of PET, combined with an LLDPE wiper and the aluminium applicator tip. Clear PET shows the colour of the formula, while the wiper controls how much product stays on the tip.

Can the bottles be customised?

Yes. Bottle and cap colour, surface finish and decoration are open. Screen printing, hot foil, lacquering or metallisation can be specified to match your line, and our team supports you from the first sample to series production.
