Mono-Material PP Jars Made in EU: 50–500 ml

Corpack offers a series of mono-material cosmetic jars in three sizes: 50 ml, 300 ml and 500 ml. Jar and lid are both made from polypropylene (PP), and all three are manufactured in the EU. The series covers face care at the small end and hair and body care at the large end.

What is a mono-material PP jar?

A mono-material jar uses one polymer for every component. Here the container and the screw cap are both PP, so the empty jar can go into a PP recycling stream without anyone first separating a lid, liner or second plastic.

Which sizes are available?

50 ml (Ref JA-319-50PP), 54.5 x 61 mm: face creams, masks and balms.
300 ml, 76 x 96 mm, single wall: hair masks, body scrubs, body butters and salon care.
500 ml (Ref JA-319-500PPSW), 89.4 x 98.6 mm, single wall: hair masks, body scrubs and professional formulations.

Why does EU production matter?

Producing inside the EU means shorter transport routes, shorter lead times and a supply chain that is easier to plan. For brands selling in Europe, it also reduces dependence on long ocean freight.

How do the jars fit the PPWR?

The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) applies from 12 August 2026 and makes design for recycling a formal requirement rather than a voluntary goal. Building a jar from a single polymer is one of the most direct ways to design with that in mind. Actual recycling still depends on local collection and sorting.

Why single wall?

The 300 ml and 500 ml jars have a single wall instead of a double wall. That keeps the construction simple and uses less material per jar, while the wide opening makes thick formulas easy to take out.
