PP Mini Stick 4.5 ml: Compact, Refillable Twist-Up

Not every stick product needs a full-size format. Lip care, targeted skincare and travel or trial editions often work better in a smaller pack that fits in a pocket and gets used up while the formula is still fresh. Our PP Mini Stick (Ref FS-23-119A2) was designed for exactly that: a 4.5 ml twist-up stick with a clean look and simple handling.

A small format for everyday use

At 54 x 27 mm, the Mini Stick is slim enough for a pocket or makeup bag and comfortable to hold during application. The twist-up mechanism advances the product in a controlled way, so users apply only as much as they need. The format suits lip balms, targeted skincare sticks, and travel or sampling sizes of larger stick products.

A clean shape with room for your brand

The cylindrical body is deliberately simple. Its smooth surfaces leave plenty of room for color and decoration, so the stick can be matched closely to your brand and your range.

Built around one material

The stick is made from PP. The PP-based concept supports a mono-material approach, depending on the final configuration, and is designed to support recyclability, subject to local collection and recycling streams. As the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) puts more weight on design for recycling, keeping the material structure simple is one of the most practical decisions a brand can make early in development.

Optional refill

A refill option is available. Depending on your final design, the outer stick stays in use and only the inner insert is replaced, which can help reduce packaging waste over the life of the product.
