Deo Stick PP

Twist-up deodorant stick in PP, turned from the base to raise the carrier. It takes poured solid and semi-solid anhydrous formulas such as deodorant, antiperspirant, balm sticks and sun sticks. Pourable lotions are outside what this format holds.

The stick seals at two points: a silicone O-ring under the domed inner cap and a second one on the carrier inside the body. The assembly is specified to hold 0.05 MPa of vacuum for five minutes without leakage, which matters for formulas with volatile fragrance or actives. Base, body, cap, cup base, inner cap and screw rod are PP; the two O-rings are silicone.

Colour is set per project. Decoration runs from one-pass logo hot stamping or screen printing on base and cap to hot-stamped rings, with matt or shiny UV spray lacquer on body or cap.
