Deo Stick PP

A twist-up deodorant stick in polypropylene, 37.2 mm across and 74.5 mm tall, turned from the base to raise the carrier. It takes poured solid and semi-solid anhydrous sticks: deodorant and antiperspirant, balm sticks, sun sticks. Pourable lotions are outside what this format holds. The assembly seals at two points, a silicone O-ring under the domed inner cap and a second on the carrier inside the body, and is specified to hold 0.05 MPa of vacuum for five minutes without leakage. That matters for formulations with volatile fragrance or actives. Six of the eight components are polypropylene. The two O-rings are silicone, which is the exception to an otherwise single-polymer build. Fill weight on request. Colour, decoration, and surface finish are set per project. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 units.
