Modulo is a patented, three-part modular jar system designed to redefine cosmetic packaging by separating functional components from aesthetic elements. This 50ml concept features a standardized PP inner cup with a unique thread that ensures structural integrity while serving as the jar’s external base. The architecture consists of a refillable core, a swappable modular shell for high-end branding, and a modular cap.

Engineered for PPWR conformity, Modulo offers a mono-material PP option for 100% recyclability or biodegradable materials. The system provides superior procurement efficiency: brands can standardize caps and inner cups to reach high-volume price tiers while utilizing smaller, customized runs for the outer shell.
