Lipstick Mono PP

Lipstick Mono PP is a round lipstick component built from a single polymer, cup and outer casing alike, so the finished piece needs no separation step at end of life. The casing measures h72 x d21.5mm with a 12.7mm cup, sized for standard lipstick and lip balm bullets and compatible with common filling lines for this format. The mono-material construction also keeps tooling and inventory simple for brands running several shades on one casing, since cup and sleeve share the same resin and the same recycling stream. Color, surface finish, and printing for LS-21-K0264 are configured to the brand's specification, and PCR content can be built in on request. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 units.
