Fluted Alu Lipstick

This aluminum lipstick case is designed for solid stick formulations such as lipstick, lip balm, and tinted lip care. The slim metal shell (18.5 × 18.3 × 74.8 mm) is offered with three cup diameter options — 11.8, 12.1, and 12.7 mm — corresponding to fill weights of 4.4 g, 4.7 g, and 5 g, giving brands flexibility across stick widths and payoff profiles within a single outer format.

The vertically fluted shell is a structural design feature of both cap and base, producing a continuous ribbed profile broken only by the polished center band at the closure line. Functionally, the fluting improves tactile grip during opening and application, reduces visible surface marking from handling, and creates directional light reflection that strengthens shelf presence without requiring additional surface decoration.
