Slim Liner Lipstick PP

The Slim Liner is a twist-up stick applicator for lipstick and lip balm formulations that call for a slimmer stick than a standard bullet. The cup is sized for an 8.4 mm diameter stick, suited to brands developing a slim-format lip color or balm rather than a full-diameter lipstick. A helical screw inside the sleeve drives the cup up and down as the base is turned, the same twist mechanism used across conventional lipstick components. Assembled height is 80 mm. All six parts, cap, inner cap, sleeve, cup, screw, and base, are molded in PP. That makes the assembly a single polymer through the whole mechanism, so it can move through PP recycling streams without a separation step. Color, surface finish, and decoration are open for customization. MOQ starts at 10,000 units.
