The Mini Egg Stick is a three-component assembly specifically engineered for backfill processing. Unlike standard propel-repel sticks, this system utilizes the cap as the primary mold during the filling process, ensuring a high-gloss, seamless finish on the product dome.

Component Architecture:

1. Cap (PET): Acts as the mold during filling; provides the final protective housing.
2. Internal Anchor/Cup (PP): Secures the bulk to the base; engineered for high chemical resistance.
3. Base (PET): Screw-on component that serves as the applicator handle.
